Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, mobile number, email, state, city, the product or division you are interested in and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and campaign (UTM) parameters, if present.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry about our products and PCD franchise opportunities. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use a first-party cookie (mq_vid) containing a random identifier to count unique visitors and measure which pages lead to enquiries. We do not store your IP address in our analytics; identifiers are hashed. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google's cookies may also be set.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the business relationship. Raw analytics data is deleted after the configured retention period.
